Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TrueVac is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. We will need a picture, and a description of the damage incurred in order to replace that item free of charge. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Thank You for purchasing our products at TrueVac. We want to ensure you have the right product to fit your home care and cleaning needs.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website, and in-store. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back minus the cost of shipping. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to try the product in the first two weeks after your initial purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
